Stakeholder Mirror Survey — FIS3 PMO & LACE Team

The FIS3 PMO & LACE team — including Portfolio Management and Program Performance Management (formally Department 6101) — has asked us to gather an honest outside view of how they work with the organization. Your perspective is essential input for their team workshop. ~5 minutes · completely anonymous.

Your answers are anonymized and reported only in aggregate (minimum group size n≥3). No individual answer will be attributed to you. "Cannot judge" is a fully valid answer — it tells us something important too. We are looking for honest observations, not formal evaluations.

Who are we talking about? One department (formally 6101), four service lines:
FIS3 PMO — program steering: progress, risks, dependencies, escalations · Program Performance Mgmt & Insights — dashboards, performance reporting and insights · LACE — Lean & Agile coaching for clusters and teams, introduction of new ways of working · PPM — portfolio intake, funnel & prioritization process and portfolio transparency.
Throughout this survey we simply call it “the team”.
